It has been half a year since I joined Falinwa. I am happy to work in an encouraging and friendly environment. My colleagues are very friendly, they are very willing to share their experiences whether it is work or life, so that I can avoid some problems. I am currently working on 3 projects, I am enjoying the process of finding effective solutions to problems. When it comes to new areas, our leader and seniors will not hesitate to provide guidance and help, which makes me feel that everything is possible, this feeling is so great.
I have joined Falinwa China over 2 years. Within an international multiculture working environment, I can always be inspired by my colleagues' passion and gain valuable experience working on challenging and high-impact projects. In this role, I have the chance to lead the development and execution of project plans, ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. Clear and proactive communication with clients is the key, monitoring progress and making adjustments is crucial in achieving our goals.
I came to Falinwa for almost 3 years, which brings me lots of memories. Falinwa is more of a collaborative team than a company. I can get help not only in my work, but also get guidance from colleagues in my self-study. We also will celebrate some traditional festivals together. I have 5 projects now, it makes me proud to feel like I'm getting control of the project. I love to understand the problems that happen in different industries, and the process of contacting and communicating with customers makes me feel very interested.
I have joined Falinwa China for 6 years, at first, my position is an accountant, I have learned a lot of professional knowledge and analysis skills, then I transitioned into project management position, I had the opportunity to work across various industries, this exposure enabled me to learn about diverse business processes and operational workflow. In the project, I have developed problem-solving skills, enabling me to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions. I truly appreciate that i have a very nice team, who always help me when I am confused, it makes me warm.
I have joined Falinwa for 5 moths. In our daily work, we create a positive work environment by sharing experiences and collaborating with each other. This kind of atmosphere allows me to get support and advice from my colleagues when I encounter challenges. So far, I have been involved in three projects. In the process of project implementation, it is inevitable to encounter some new problems, and these valuable experiences continue to motivate me to make progress, which is a good feeling and I’m glad to join the team and know my colleagues.
I joined Falinwa in 2024, March and I have never felt more warmth in the Falinwa family. Everyone is very friendly, and we all have a team spirit and help me a lot in the process of doing the project. I have worked on 4 projects, and I have learnt a lot in the process, not only about my work skills, but also about how to communicate more efficiently with customers. I am very glad to meet such a team in my life's journey.

The working atmosphere here is very good, and we will discuss the problems in the project and find better ways to solve them together, which allows me to make great progress.
