Phases & Scope

  1. Define the data architecture, set up a cutoff for accounting, and import historical data.
  2. Define Odoo processes to mirror their business operations
  3. Configure and customize the main applications in use, implement approval workflows, and automate certain processes. 
  4. Improved aspects of the CRM, implement reporting features, and redesign key business documents, including Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, and invoices.
