From ¥ 5m, depending on the profile and the experience.
We are seeking a functional analyst to join our new team in Tokyo. Our environment is flexible, dynamic, multicultural and international, emphasizing and encouraging collaboration between our different teams. The successful candidate will participate in the development of Falinwa Japan, implementing Odoo solutions for our global and Japanese customers.
Job Description
- Follow-up the Sales pipeline and Participate to sales meeting in order to develop the market in Japan for Odoo Integration.
- Participate in analyzing the functional needs of clients and propose Odoo-based solutions to meet those needs.
- Take part in the design and deployment of these solutions.
- Perform quality testing and configuration validation to ensure that features are in line with client requirements.
- Provide training for clients in the use of Odoo applications and support as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation of projects and processes to facilitate communication and team alignment.

Work closely with the project manager and developers to ensure that Odoo solutions are well integrated and functioning correctly.
Requirements
- Advanced functional analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work closely with clients and team members in an international context.
- Ability to work independently, with great flexibility to adapt to evolving client needs.
- Master's degree or equivalent in information systems management, finance, computer science, or a related field.
- Native in Japanese, fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Extra Skills
- Previous experience in implementing Odoo or other ERP projects is a plus.
- Functional and business knowledge such as sales, purchasing, inventory, accounting, and payroll management.
- Additional technical skills such as familiarity with Python, XML, Github, or designing and implementing connectors.
